We are conveniently located in Irvine, California.
BALOOM currently offers free shipping on all Continental U.S. orders. No minimum order is required. For international shipping charges please visit our shipping policy page.
Yes we do! However, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes with the 'Free Shipping' option, expedited or priority shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.
Orders received before 12:00 pm will be processed the same business day.
Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Exclusions may apply. Please note BALOOM is closed to shipping on the weekends and statutory holidays.
If you have an email address on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email once your order has shipped. Simply click on the link to be redirected to the tracking page.
BALOOM is a safe and secure shopping destination. We do not store any sensitive data such as credit or debit card numbers.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
We believe in a customer-first policy. If you are not happy with our product or service, we offer a 30-day return on all BALOOM products for a full refund, no restocking fee or strings attached. If you are unhappy in any way, please email us at info@thebaloom.com. At this time, we are only able to issue refunds for BALOOM products purchased directly from www.thebaloom.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. For more information, please visit our warranty page.
Please contact our customer service department at info@thebaloom.com for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.

- Proof of purchase– you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number
Note: Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of BALOOM and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy.
At BALOOM we stand behind our products and provide a two-year limited warranty on BALOOM stretching massager, six-month limited warranty on BALOOM Microcurrent Face Massager and BALOOM Scalp Massager.
BALOOM warrants all BALOOM devices that cover replacement & repairs due to malfunctions & manufacturing defects under normal use for warranty periods from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. It does not cover wear & tear, theft, or accidental damage.
We recommend that you keep record of your purchase— whether from www.thebaloom.com or another retailer — in the event that you need to return your product.
