WARRANTY
BALOOM 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
BALOOM warrants that the BALOOM products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with BALOOM’s published guidelines for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased or operated in the county in which the product is purchased. Receipt is required to obtain a 1-year Limited Warranty service. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other county than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers. For any warranty issues, please email “info@thebaloom.com”.
What is not covered?
BALOOM limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; liquid contact; fire; vandalism; or environmental condition; to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product; if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product; or loss of use during the period the product is at the BALOOM repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of BALOOM.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of BALOOM. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from country to country. Because of individual country regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
Warranty Returns
To have the BALOOM device or a part repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, purchaser must contact BALOOM’s Customer Service Team prior to returning any product for warranty service. BALOOM will not reimburse purchasers for services performed by others unless otherwise instructed by BALOOM. The product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the facility specified by BALOOM. Before receiving a warranty service, BALOOM may require that purchaser furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with evaluating potential issues, and follow BALOOM’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. Warranties are only valid within the United States, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. BALOOM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, BALOOM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIUE OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

Warranty & Support
The product comes with a full one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect or the external causes.
